Open Day Lyto’s: the employees’ party
26/09/2024The recent Lyto’s Open Day was a great success, a moment of strong involvement for all employees and their families. With the presence of 135 people, including 30 children, this day was a unique opportunity to deepen the company’s values and share moments of leisure and reflection.
A corporate tour to feel part of the Lyto’s family
The company tour, a central moment of the day, allowed employees to explore the offices and production departments of Lyto’s plant.
Participants had the opportunity to better understand their role within the company and strengthen their sense of belonging.
The Kaizen Room was particularly well-received during the visit, where the main pillars of the company culture were presented: quality, safety, continuous improvement, human well-being, economic and environmental sustainability. Clear concepts that are of great importance for the future of Lyto’s.
The presentation of the Technical Office
One of the most appreciated moments of the Open Day Lyto’s was the intervention by the team from the Technical Office, who explained with simplicity and clarity the fundamental roles of design within the company and the contribution to the realization of the Blue giants.
Through an engaging and entertaining presentation, employees were able to delve into the daily work that makes it possible to create the great facilities of Lyto’s.
Production departments: excellence in the organization with the 5S method
The tour continued with a visit to the Production Departments, where the standards of order, cleanliness and organization impressed the attendees.
The effectiveness of applying the 5S method, which is crucial for process optimisation and safety, has helped to improve operational efficiency and well-being in the workplace.
Installations: the world of Lyto’s warehouses
Great interest was also aroused by the presentation of the PM Manager, who illustrated the process of installation of Lyto’s warehouses, with photos and videos showing the various assembly phases.
This part of the day provided concrete proof of Lyto’s technical excellence, complexity and precision required at each stage.
Recreational activities and awards: a day to remember
The Open Day was not only a moment of in-depth discussion, but also an opportunity for recreation and socialization.
After the tour, in fact, participants have participated in the lunch in the company park, with entertainment for children, volleyball games and prizes for all employees.
We also exhibited historical photos of past events, corporate lunches and team building days, to remember together the moments that have characterized the history of Lyto’s.
