A Customer very careful to the quality and to the reliability of the product, has found in Lyto’s the best solutions in the market.

Mafin  is an Italian company leader in the production of snack pellet and semi-finished product for the food industry. Mafin  is the first in Italy and the leading producer in Europe by volume, with a production capacity close to 100 tons of product per day.

More than just a supplier, Mafin  is a true partner for its Customers

The new free-standing automatic warehouse that will be installed before the end of this year, provides storage of almost 5.000 pallets with maximum weight of 1.000 kg. Size of the building are approximately of 15 x 95 m with an overall height of more than 24 m,  3 of which are under the ground level.

The solution developed together by Mafin  and Lyto’s, is first of all the result of a common vision: realize an automatic warehouse able to meet the needs of Mafin  for the next 50 years.

To achieve this ambitious goal, have been identified all those choices that can ensure:
  • maximum flexibility with respect to loading units, in terms of size and weight, but also quality of the pallet, leading to provide additional central beams and spaces for the use of pallet as “slaves”;
  • maximum life of the metal structures, made entirely by immersion on hot dip galvanized bath, avoiding drilled profiles made by galvanized strips;
  • maximum life of the external cladding, realized with panels that comply with the stringent German quality standards and coated with pre-painted metal sheets guatanteed 30 years;
  • maximum ease and accessibility for maintenance operations, obtained through access stairs and maintenance walkways located in the space of the roof trusses.
