15/11/2023In September 2022 Lyto’s officially welcomed a new member to the team: it is Edoardo Zanisi, son of owner Marco Zanisi and representative of the third generation within the company.
This entry marks an important chapter in Lyto’s history, bringing freshness and innovation to the company founded in the 1960s.

Edoardo took on the role of Lean Manager, a completely new figure within Lyto’s. Its main task is to develop a culture of change and commitment to continuous improvement. This is a new direction for the company, which has always tried to improve itself and which has now introduced a renewed managerial system, collector and solver of problems with the aim of evolving.
The Lyto’s Management System: the project of a new management system.
Edoardo had the unique opportunity to design and implement in this entrepreneurial reality the “Lyto’s Management System“.
This system has been the fulcrum of his thesis and represents a significant step forward for the company, because it has become, as well as a management tool for human resources objectives, the means by which Lyto’s intends to oversee all the problems that emerge daily, with the aim of deepening, managing and solving them, through the mentality and approach typical of lean management and continuous improvement.
Lyto’s: a big company and a second home.
Edoardo considers Lyto’s as a second home from his earliest memories. The deep attachment to the company and the work culture transmitted by his father and grandfather were fundamental to develop the mentality and passion needed to be part of the company.
For Edoardo, the people who make up the Lyto’s team are his greatest value, from the office staff to the incredible production team.

Edoardo’s main goal is to grow Lyto’s, constantly improve it and make it a serene workplace. But its most important mission is to work every day to foster the development of human resources.
